Newton YMCA Senior Health & Fitness Fair 2023

Join us for the annual National Senior Health and Fitness Fair - a free event featuring a variety of vendors. The event will begin with an optional chair aerobics class, followed by breakfast. MercyOne Newton Physical Therapy will present on fall prevention. Booths will be located in the big gym from 8:30 until 10:00 am. All in attendance will be entered into free raffle! Located at the Newton YMCA, 1701 S 8th Ave E, Newton.
