The landfill convenience center was constructed in 2014. A part of the project was to install litter netting around the outside of the structure to reduce windblown litter. A 25’ X 40’ net is hung to create a curtain that can be pulled open and closed for access to the two, 36 cubic yard roll off dumpsters.
The dumpsters are typically emptied one or more times per day. As part of the landfill maintenance, a staff member is shown replacing the old netting as it had become torn from exposure to the elements over the past 5 years.
