Newton Firefighters took advantage of some of the recent nice weather to train on the aerial operations. Aerial operations are the process of using Newton’s Ladder Truck, or Aerial, during fire operations. Crews spent time practicing driving, placement, and positioning of the ladder. In the picture at the left, Firefighter/Paramedic Blaine Lefler works on positioning the ladder during a practice evolution.
