Community Services staff recently received bids, and has a signed contract for, the demolition of the structures at 124 E 4th St N and 115 E 4th St N. DW Zinser Co. of Walford, Iowa will be completing asbestos abatement, lead paint abatement, and demolition work at these two addresses later this summer.
