The ambulance is on the road and being utilized as the primary transfer ambulance. Ambulances are replaced on a nine-year rotation, with one ambulance being replaced every three years. This ambulance replaces a 2010 model that will be kept and used as a reserve. A reserve ambulance is kept as a back up to the other ambulances.
