On October 21, City Council approved a contract with Howe Excavating for the demolition of three structures. The structures are located at #7 Bungalow Ct, 211 E 12th St N and 509 W 2nd St S.
Howe Excavating’s abatement subcontractor started work on the asbestos abatement in the three structures, with demolition work to follow. The project’s specified completion date is December 31, 2019.
