Nicole Lindstrom, the Public Services Librarian at Newton Public Library, recently attended and completed a Leadership Institute given by the Iowa Library Association. The Institute picks only 25 applicants across the state of Iowa to attend. Participants then network, learn, and collaborate during an intensive 3 day institute. Nicole was very happy to be accepted into the Institute and is looking forward to implementing what she has learned at the Newton Public Library.
