The Newton Public Library is starting a new book club focused on Professional Development starting on Wednesday September 17th at 6pm. If you are looking to build career skills, enhance your leadership potential, or read new material this club is for you! The book club will focus on Professional Development materials, which refer to the acquisition of skills and knowledge, both for personal development and for career advancement. At our first meeting the group will pick a name for itself, discuss what each member wants to learn and sign-up to receive the first book. Members do not need to have a library card to join but may wish to get one to obtain books for free. The club will meet every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 6pm in the Library Meeting Room and is open to all adults. Questions?
