[ARCHIVED] Parks Summer Camp

The City of Newton Parks and Grounds Division is hosting two camps this summer. The camps will run Monday, August 3rd – Friday, August 7th and Monday, August 10th – Friday, August 14th. The camps will run each day from 10:30 a.m to 12:00 p.m. at various parks and are open to kids ages 7-12. The cost is $25 per week. Activities planned include water balloon games, tie-dying t-shirts, disc golf, kickball, scavenger hunts, relay races, tennis, ultimate Frisbee, an obstacle course and sand volleyball. Each week includes a Get To Know Newton T-Shirt. Registrations are due by Friday, July 17th. For more information, contact the Parks Office at (641) 792-1470.
