The Newton Historic Preservation Commission commissioned local artist Jaci Pierce-Thomassen to create pen and ink images of Newton. These drawings have been compiled into a coloring book that will be available to purchase, starting on Thursday, June 9th, during the Alumni Author event at the Public Library from 4:00-6:00 pm. The cost of the book is $10.00.
The coloring books will also be available to purchase during the Adult Coloring Event held at Newton City Hall on Saturday, June 11th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
