Starting Thursday, July 21st the Newton Fire Department will be conducting fire hydrant testing. We will be testing Hydrants between W 4th St N and E 12th St N and North of 1st Ave.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but this is necessary to make sure we have adequate water flows in case of a fire and to find any problem areas so they can be repaired.
