Pay down your fines with food! During the week of May 15th the library will waive overdue material fines in exchange for a food donation. Food donations may not be used to pay for missing or damaged item replacement fees. Donations must be canned or otherwise non-perishable food items. All donations go directly to the Jasper County Community Food Bank. 1 food item = $1.00 in library fines! A great opportunity to clear your card or your children’s cards of fines before the Summer Reading Program and give back to your community.
