The Cardinal Ridge Subdivision, located in the 600 block of West 12th Street South, on the former Newton Country Club site, is progressing with the final phases of road construction. The street is being rocked in preparation for concrete paving in the upcoming days. Ground Breaker Homes of Clive has been approved as the builder for 17 townhome units in the new subdivision. These high-end units are slated to start construction this fall.
