Bruce Showalter, Executive Director of the Newton Housing Development Corporation, says several new housing projects have been completed and several more are underway. Since 2014, when the City of Newton launched the Newton Housing Initiative, 22 new homes have been built. At least half have been sold to people that have moved to Newton.
