Community Services staff, in conjunction with Public Works, has secured a Sanitary Sewer Connection and Service Agreement with Yes Companies for their Sunrise Terrace housing community at 2305 E 19th St N.
This agreement, which was approved by City Council on December 18, 2017, requires Yes Companies to pay a minimum connection fee of $20,000 to the City if they move forward with their proposed upgrades and connect their housing community to the City’s sanitary sewer system.
The estimated annual sewer service billing for this property, which would begin once this property were to connect, would be about $20,400. This agreement was prepared with the City having no financial outlay or future ownership of Yes Companies’ proposed sanitary sewer improvements.
