For the month of February 2018, the City issued 13 development permits - 3 building permits, 4 electrical permits, 3 plumbing permit, and 3 mechanical permits. Total valuation Year-to-Date for projects is $627,000.
Building permit submittals have been received and are under review for the Van Maanen Headquarters Building at 500 Iowa Speedway Drive and Kwik Star at 1910 1st Avenue East. Building permits have also been filed just this week and are under review for the first two new homes in the Fairmeadows North Plat 8 subdivision.
