The Newton Police Department has partnered with Skiff Hospital and Lauterbach’s to host a child safety seat inspection event at Lauterbach’s (2900 1st Avenue East Newton) on Saturday, April 28 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- This service is FREE to parents or guardians to make sure their child’s car seat is properly installed.
- Bring along the seat that is appropriate for your child based on age and weight, along with the seat manual, and the vehicle you want the seat installed in.
Certified Child Safety Seat Technicians will be available to assist and answer questions.
