The Zoning Board of Adjustment met on August 1st and reviewed a conditional use permit for a town home development at the former Hatchery Site. The permit was granted with the condition that sidewalks be also provided along the E 12th Street N frontage of the property. The developer will now continue to work on the more specific site design.
