August was a busy month for our young, voracious readers with 6 kids reaching their 1000 Books Before Kindergarten goal! Graduates were: sisters Hannah & Miriam DeZwarte, Riley Johnson, Ingrid Alexander, and sisters Katie & Gwen Zylstra. Their photos have been posted on the Library’s Facebook Page, run in the Newton Daily News and each graduate received a book tote bag with their ow hardcover book and items to help them get ready for school.
