Manatts, Inc. of Brooklyn, Iowa completed the north phase of the Iowa Speedway Drive Concrete overlay project last week and now the project is open to traffic from 1st Ave E to I-80. Community Services’ staff, in conjunction with the City’s engineering consultant Bolton & Menk, prepared the project plans and is providing daily construction administration and oversight on the project.
