Lion Development Group wasted no time after closing on the former seed store property to begin site preparation and construction of their 38-unit apartment complex, roughly halfway between the Courthouse Square and Legacy Plaza & the DMACC campus. With unseasonably warm weather in the early winter aiding the effort, the foundation has been completed and work to prepare for framing in ongoing.
