NHDC met with Jeff Davidson and Andrew Collings to discuss Iowa Housing Trust Funds from IFA and a collaborative effort between Jasper, Marion and Warren County that could result in approximately $100,000 per county for housing projects.
NHDC continues to work on developing plans and a timeline of development for the Barton land located in northeast Newton.
Finally, since July 1, 2014, 62 residential permits have been issued with a total value of $14,951,519.
