Each month there’s a new book selection, but there’s never a meeting. Pick up your copy at the Information desk. Books will be available on the first of the month, and are due back to the library by the end of the month. The June book selection is, "Remarkably Bright Creatures" by Shelby Van Pelt.

    Wondering what to read next? Check out our FREE monthly mystery bags for adults! Mystery bags have a different theme every month and contain a surprise selection of 4-5 books and an adult craft. Return the books when you're done with them - keep the craft! The June theme is "Distant Lands" and includes books about travel, adventure, and faraway places.     The 2023 City of Newton Adult Co-Ed Softball League will be played June 1 - July 27; it includes 8 games plus the league tournament. Registration deadline is May 18. Cost per team is $160. Only teams who have registered and paid by the deadline will be allowed to play.
